Client Testimonials

Vito Dai

Alvin gets results.  I basically started with nothing. Not even the bar, on bench, squat and deadlifts. I could do 15 push-ups, zero pull-ups. Today, I can bench 185 lbs., squat 215 lbs., dead lift 315 lbs. I can do 10 pull-ups and 35 push-ups back to back. In dance fitness class, I can do all the moves with strength and style. My bad knee is no longer bad. I’m confident in my body now. I can control my weight. I like the way I look (plus my wife thinks it’s pretty good too)! I understand my body’s strength and function, but also its discomfort and pain. I had to work hard and consistently for these results, and Alvin was my guide, is still my guide, every step of the way. Looking back, I know that I was extremely fortunate to have Alvin as my trainer, and that personal training was absolutely the best gift I could give to myself, my wife, and my family and everyone who cares about my health and well-being.”
